DMCA Policy

Stuffed Bun is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

This policy outlines the information required to submit a copyright infringement notice and how to submit a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown request.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Stuffed Bun service, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or is the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Stuffed Bun to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) where the material can be found on our service).
  3. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

  • Contact Information of the Counter-Notifying Party: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
